El Té Golden Monkey o Jin Hou es un Té Negro cuyas hojas de apariencia marrón claro, según dicen, se asemejan a las garras del mono por su peculiar enrollado. Recolectado únicamente en primavera y producido completamente a mano siguiendo la técnica de un brote y la primera hoja, lleva un proceso de oxidación de 15 horas haciéndolo un té con un sabor muy especial y un aroma inconfundible.
